I am a native to Hampton Roads, and proud of it! Having lived in Chesapeake for the majority of my life, only leaving briefly to attend George Mason University in college, I have a deep love for this area and know many areas like the back of my hand!
I am a product of our top rated schools as an alumni of Hickory High School. I also briefly attended Old Dominion University after graduating High School, which is where, while volunteering at the Children’s Hospital through my sorority, Pi Beta Phi, I decided I wanted to pursue a career in nursing.
I met my husband shortly after moving back home from college, and we now also live in Chesapeake, with our two incredible kids, Rebecca (4.5) and Nolan (18 mo) and our two fur babies, Oakley and Ranger. We are big on family and blessed to live close to both sides - grandparents often fight about who gets to babysit so we can get a date night. We love trying new local restaurants, and date nights almost always end with a trip to lowes because we often have a home Reno project happening. We also enjoy traveling, and many weekend trips to some of our favorites places in driving distance like Williamsburg, Charlottesville, or Asheville.
